Daniel Marchand is a freelance photographer based in Ottawa, Canada.

His career as a Canadian diplomat took him to Europe, Africa, the USA and the Middle East where he served as Canada’s Ambassador to Lebanon.  Since retiring from Canada’s Foreign Service, he has been concentrating on photography as a second career.
